Past Events

Wave at a Stranger Day, 10/21/10. We created this day to encourage a very small, subtle act of kindness: to wave, smile, cheer, or otherwise try to improve the mood of a stranger through a simple gesture.  In less than a week, we amassed 1,423 attendees on Facebook and waved to hundreds of strangers.
